We are open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays and national holidays. We recommend booking in advance as slots fill up quickly.
Yes. Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations (under 6 hours) may be subject to a ₹500 rescheduling fee.
Walk-ins are welcome, but availability depends on the schedule. We strongly recommend booking in advance — especially for laser treatments — to avoid waiting.

Yes! We offer multi-session packages for Laser Hair Removal and Glass Skin treatments at discounted rates. Package pricing is available at the clinic or via WhatsApp consultation.
We accept cash, all UPI apps (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards, and net banking. EMI options are available on select treatments above ₹5,000.
Avoid direct sun exposure for 48 hours. Apply SPF 60 every 2–3 hours when outdoors. Do not use scrubs, retinol, or acids for 5 days. Keep the skin well-moisturised. Dr. Shaista will give you a detailed aftercare kit.
We recommend avoiding makeup for at least 12 hours after any medical facial to allow your skin to breathe and absorb the actives. After PRP or Carbon Laser, avoid makeup for 24 hours.
We recommend Aliza's own SPF 60 Tinted Sunscreen, the Hyaluronic Acid Serum, and the Barrier Repair Moisturiser — all available in our online shop. Dr. Shaista may prescribe additional products based on your treatment.
